Chemistry: The Science Around Us is a one-day symposium focusing on chemistry in conjunction with other discipline such as physics, engineering, biology and medicine.

The event will be held at the University of Leeds on Monday 4th September 2017.

This event is open to PhD students, post-docs and academic staff at all levels. We also welcome undergraduate and Masters students.

UPDATE – We’ve extended registration until Wednesday 30th August, so there’s still time to sign up! Registration is now open. The deadline for registration is Friday 25th August. The deadline for oral abstract submission is Monday 21st August.


As part of the registration process, please let us know if you are bringing a poster (an abstract is not required).
